Great Sports watch Aug 19, 2008 This watch is great. I especially like the interval training feature with
it's simple interface to control 2 different intervals that can repeat or end.
It's the whole reason I got this watch again after losing it.
Functional, inexpensive, and just what I needed. Aug 19, 2008 I've tried more expensive Timex sports watches, including Triathlon watches that link to a heart-rate monitor, but what I really want is easy splits recall and durability. I've tried replacing batteries in other watches (because many stores will not replace batteries in water-proof watches, claiming they don't want to be responsibile for the loss of water-proof status) and found that my watch fails shortly thereafter. So I wanted a cheap watch that I wouldn't feel bad junking after the battery fails in a couple of years. Thus far, this watch fits the bill, and is so light that I barely notice it's there.
Got what I was looking for. Aug 08, 2008 So far, so good. Just getting back into running and wanted an easy to use watch for timing and lap counting. This fits the bill nicely.
love the watch, just what I was looking for Jul 29, 2008 This is just what my husband wanted for his needs in exercise. He needed a stop watch, a timer, a waterproof watch, a larger screen to see the numbers and all the other bells and whistles this watch has. The only one down side is when the band fails, it is the end of the watch to wear on the wrist. He did not see where a new band could be replaced with the face of the watch.
The band is the problem Jul 22, 2008 Like several other reviewers I have to rate this watch very low due to the band breaking and having to throw away an otherwise good watch. First the piece that holds the loose end of the band broke off and then I began to notice little cracks in the band overall. And all within months of purchase, not years. Relatively cheap watch, so no great loss, but annoying nonetheless. Otherwise it does everything well.
